Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic
FRP plunge pools are factory-moulded as a single, seamless fiberglass shell — lightweight, fast to install and finished with a smooth, non-porous gelcoat surface. Their low weight makes them the first choice for rooftops, terraces and sites with restricted access, and the one-piece shell means no joints, no leaks and minimal on-site construction time.
Concrete Plunge Pools
Reinforced Concrete / Shotcrete
Concrete plunge pools are cast or shotcreted on site, giving total freedom over shape, depth, steps and ledges. Structurally tied into the building itself, they accept any finish — porcelain tile, natural stone, plaster or glass mosaic — and are the natural platform for integrating a crystal-clear acrylic wall or window into the design.

Should I choose an FRP or a concrete plunge pool?
FRP (fiberglass) is best when speed, low weight and a proven moulded design matter — especially on rooftops and terraces. Concrete is best when you want a fully bespoke shape, premium tile or stone finishes, or an integrated acrylic wall. PRUVA provides complete design, supply and installation services for both methods.
Can a plunge pool be chilled for cold plunge therapy?
Yes. We integrate dedicated chillers that hold the water at cold-plunge temperatures, alongside heating for year-round comfort — a popular combination in the UAE climate.
Can a plunge pool be installed on a rooftop?
Yes. Lightweight FRP shells are ideal for rooftops, and engineered concrete builds are possible where the structure allows. Every elevated installation starts with our structural load assessment.
Can I add an acrylic wall to a plunge pool?
Absolutely. A full-height acrylic wall or viewing window transforms a compact plunge pool into a transparent architectural showpiece — a PRUVA speciality, most easily integrated with concrete construction.
